John McKay is the Executive Vice President for Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain at independent service provider RNWBL. He specializes in operations management, financial management, strategic analysis and development, process re-engineering, restructuring and cost-control, quality management, innovation and invention, continuous improvement (DMAIC). John has built and developed highly effective operations teams focused on devising strategies and achieving objectives. John has previous experience with AES as well as BP’s Wind Energy division in the USA.
