Josh Potter is a Senior Mechanical Engineer - Condition Monitoring at Pattern Energy. He is a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong technical background in vibration, diagnostics, and wind energy fleet management. Josh is driven and passionate to reduce the LCOE of wind energy through creative problem solving and continuous improvement mindset. He has previous experience at GE Renewable energy and FCA. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a MS from the University of Michigan.
